A small-sized laboratory furnace for demonstration feasibility of the innovative USPTO 8,197,565 Thermochemical Method for processing Municipal Solid Waste (TCM-MSW).

The patented TCM-MSW System implementation costs $ 70 Million.

A Pilot plant will be cheaper, about $10 Million, and it can be built by modification of a commercial blast furnace. However, this pilot plant doesn’t have all necessary equipment for full controlled processing of

the zero-carbon fuel, electricity and solid goods. Both variants are very difficult to find investors without proving feasibility of the TCM process.

 
Therefore, we propose a new approach to solve the problem. A laboratory model is a small-sized furnace, in which the thermal processing of MSW

or any other solid materials will be carried out at temperatures and pressures corresponding to the real conditions of the patented thermochemical method.  The Model price is less than $1 Million.
