The Three-Stage Recovery Process

Stage 1: High-Temperature Molecular Transformation

At the heart of the facility is the vertical steel reactor, protected by high-grade refractory materials lining.

  • Feedstock Management: Automated bunkers and transporters handle raw MSW.

  • Thermal Efficiency: A specialized recuperating heater prepares the "Hot Blast" for the 17500C allothermal reactions.

Stage 2: Advanced Gas & Liquid Purification

We don't just "burn" waste; we refine the resulting gas and molten products at a molecular and elemental level.

  • Extraction: Cyclones and scrubbersseparate raw gas mixture from water and particles.

  • Purification: Catalytic filters and membranes remove sulfur and impurities to create "Blue" Syngas.

  • Storage: Clean syngas is stored in dedicated holding tanks, ready for conversion or electricity generation.

Stage 3: Circular Commodity Production

This is where Novacycle creates profit from what others throw away.

  • Metals: A direct casting system turns melted multi-metal alloys into industrial goods.

  • Construction Materials: Slag is processed through grinding and sifting into high-grade concrete fillers.

  • Energy: A sygas turbine and boiler system generates grid-ready electricity and overheated steam.

The "Green-Loop" Expansion (Optional Systems)

Our design allows for immediate integration of "Climate-Positive" infrastructure:

  1. The Carbon Greenhouse: Utilizing CO2 and water vapor for vertical farming.

  2. Liquid Fuels: Converting Syngas into Methanol or Ethanol.

  3. District Heating: Supplying hot water directly to city residents.
